Think of an animal that begins with that letter.
Repeat it out loud as you scroll down.

Think of either a man's/woman's name that begins with the last letter in the animals name
Repeat it out loud as you scroll down.

Almost there........
Now count out the letters in that name on the fingers of the hand you are not using to scroll down.
Now take the hand you counted with and hold it out in front of you at face level.
Look at your palm very closely and notice the lines in your hand.
Do the lines take the form of the first letter in the persons name?

OK. I must break it to ya----this actually WORKED for me, and I almost fell over from shock. The letter was M, and yes, it is in the lines on the palm of my hand, clear as day. So there.
Oh, and furthermore, I won't be slapping myself!! ;)
Susan, I think the slap yourself thing was just a figure of speech...
