Christmas YouTubapalooza part IV
I realized I said I would post one video a day until Christmas.
Well, I lied. Sue me.
For one thing I missed Monday already so I need to make that up. Also, since I'm getting requests now (I have the videos picked out ahead of time) so I have too many videos for one a day.
Besides, this is a lot easier that trying to come up with something interesting to write about.
For Dizzy:
Not one I would have picked, but I can live with it. As for Wham!, Dizzy, maybe you can discuss this with my wife.
For everyone else:
I was always amazed at how good Bing and Bowie sounded together. Hope you like...

You haven't lied so no one can sue you. You weren't obligated to post one on Monday.
You said on Tuesday and I quote: "I'll post a Christmas themed video every day between now and Christmas."
So far, so good - literally. :)
I'm showing my age, I know, but I remember the TV special when Bing and Bowie sang together...it was good then and it's good still.
I didn't care for that other one... Boney M? (Again, showing my age...)
Still don't know what to make of that other one...
Thanks for sharing the music!
I apologise for the inanity of this comment but it's o.k. as anecdote I suppose, and I don't have that many.
I had a friend once, a young lady, who referred to the Bowie/Crosby track as the record Bing Crosby made before he died.
That's it. Sorry.
Love the hairdo's on that first vid. Oh wow we are getting youtubapaloozas! I'll have to keep watching. :)
Don't worry madpriest, you're allowed to make inane comments at this site - I do it all the time. Besides, your comment wasn't inane according to Art's definition of what constitutes as inane. :)
Me too Vicki...I remember it very well. The Bing and Bowie duet has always been one of my favorites. And little drummerboy has been a favorite as well. You should hear Bob Seger and the Silver Bullett Band's version.
Awwww! Thanks soooo much Art! I just love that number.
