Wow! What a great trip we had.
We're back home now, safe and sound and unpacking... ugh!
I'll have some nice pics for you all to see from the Gulf of Mexico soon.
And thanks for all the nice comments - I'll spend days catching up on my blog reading...

Thanks, Susan. Yes, Scallops - BIG scallops - like two inches in diameter, inch thick, super fresh and swimming in butter!
